NOETIKOS Ltd provides a digital ecosystem of SaaS products, including but not limited to Briflyx, Witstally, and SMSBAT. We facilitate subscription-based access, API usage, and content management platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Accepted Payment Methods and Subscriptions

We use Stripe as our primary payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Because our services are delivered instantly upon signup or successful API integration, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase without having consumed significant resources, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. 5. Acceptable Use and Sanctions Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates international laws. We comply strictly with global sanctions and embargoes. We do not provide services to individuals, entities, or regions subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, United States, or European Union. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the accounts of users who violate these policies.
